Call Genie is committed to following prudent corporate governance practices. The corporate governance mandates of the TSX Venture Exchange and of applicable law are reviewed and implemented. Call Genie strives for a "best practices" approach to its corporate governance issues, having regard to the company's resources and stage of development.
